Companies
Clarus Transphase, L.L.C. was founded in 1992. Applying knowledge and
techniques from quantum and subtle energy physics, resonant systems, and
bio-electromagnetics, Clarus Transphase developed Sympathetic Resonance
TechnologyT. SRTT has been validated by internationally recognized
scientists from Stanford University and the University of
California.
Clarus Transphase licenses SRTT to Clarus Products International,
L.L.C.. CPI is a consumer products company which manufactures and
markets the QLinkŪ product line for EMF radiation protection, general
stress management, and peak athletic performance.
Clarus Transphase also licenses SRTT to Transphase Scientific, L.L.C..
TS is a company which develops and tests SRT applications in the fields
of physics, chemistry, and materials science. Applications currently
being tested include refining laser performance and developing new
methods for chemical bonding. Prototypes for enhanced digital sound and
digital noise reduction have been developed and are being field
tested.
Principals
Robert Williams co-founded Coherence Technologies, Inc. and Electro
Tec/Intec Inc. in the mid-1980s where he conducted research and
development in subtle energy physics. Besides being an inventor, he is
also a musician and music educator at the university level. He served as
Executive Director of Beach Boy Michael Love's LoveSongs Productions,
Inc.; started Unity Records, the first alternative record company in the
US; and founded Inside Records, Paul Horn's first independent record
label. He is a member of the International Society for the Study of
Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine, and The International Association
for New Science.
Robert Richards holds an MBA from UCLA and a BA from the University of
Kansas where was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He was on the merger team
that created Sprint, director of finance and strategy for Sprint's $600
million diversified business portfolio, and president of Sprint's
financial information subsidiary. He was president of United information
Services, Inc. He consulted for Dow Jones, the National Endowment for
the Arts, the Kansas City Ballet and UCLA. An award winning documentary
film producer and director, Robert was awarded a photography grant from
the National Endowment for the Arts, photographed for New York Magazine,
the Peace Corps, and the World Health organization. He is a member of
the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy
Medicine.
Soo Chin holds a BS degree from University of Illinois in Chemical
Engineering and attended the MBA program at the London Business School.
She worked for Nalco Chemical Company, a Fortune 500 multinational
company, in specialty chemicals for nine years. Her work spanned
research & development, commercial manufacturing and design, and
corporate operations and manufacturing strategy. In 1994 she formed her
own operations strategy consulting company in the chemicals
manufacturing industry. She co-founded a venture capital and consulting
company for start-up businesses and investments.
Patricia Williams co-owned one of the most prestigious architectural and
interior design companies in Palm Springs, California for high end
residential homes. Patti has served as a consultant to government
agencies and is a certified gemologist.
Eddie Gloyne is a financier and consultant. He is trained in computing
and high technology and has an MBA in business management. In 1984 he
ran the European interests of Sprint. In 1986 he built his own software
company and exited by IPO in 1996. He is an Angel Capital Investor and
participant in several international companies, mostly in high
technology.
